Does joining the waitlist cost anything?
Not a penny. Joining is free, there's nothing to pay now and you're under no obligation to subscribe. We'll email you when it's time to claim your spot, with an exclusive discount on your first box saved for you.

Yes, and it gets better every month. Your first drop is a curated mix of customer favourites, guided by the preference you pick when you join. From your second drop, it's built around your ratings, so you'll see more of what you love and less of what you don't.
How does the full-size discount work?
Every month, eligible full-size versions of products in your box come with an exclusive subscriber discount, valid for 30 days. So when you find something you love, you can stock up for less. The products and discount vary from month to month.
What does “Want again” do?
It's your way of saying “more of this, please”. We'll do our best to bring those products back in a future box, depending on stock.
Can I pick my own products?
Not directly, and that's where the fun is. Discovery means trying things you might never have picked yourself. Your ratings steer what comes next, so the more you rate, the more it feels hand-picked for you.
Are the products full size?
Mostly samples, single serves, snacks and drinks, so you can try loads without committing to anything. Every now and then, we'll slip in a full-size or multi-serve treat.
Will I get the same thing twice?
Only if you want it. Products you mark “Want again” may come back, and everything else keeps rotating so there's always something new to try.
Can I skip or cancel?
Of course. Skip a month or cancel whenever you like, as long as it's before that month's cut-off date. No awkward phone calls, no hoops.
What about allergies or dietary needs?
Just let us know when you subscribe and we'll take it into account when picking your products, where suitable stock allows. Please always check each product's label before enjoying it, and get in touch if you're ever unsure. We're happy to help.
When will my box arrive?
We'll share the monthly delivery schedule at launch, and your dispatch date will always be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
