3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full before your order is processed. We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
Klarna users: If you choose Klarna at checkout, you agree to Klarna’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Klarna may perform a soft credit check as part of its approval process.
3.3 Pricing Errors
If a pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel your order with a full refund.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
4.1 Order Process
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt — this does not mean acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

A binding contract is formed once you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Once an order is placed, we cannot change the address, payment method, or items. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. During busy periods, processing may take longer. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
5.2 Shipping Options
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery (as advertised).
5.3 Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimates, delays can occur due to courier or external issues. We cannot be held liable for such delays.
5.4 Delivery Risk & Ownership
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the provided address. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
5.5 Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may deduct delivery costs before refunding or charge for redelivery.
6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and request a refund for unopened items. Opened or used consumables (e.g. supplements or protein powders) are exempt for hygiene reasons.
6.2 Return Process
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products not in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
