Your questions, answered
Clear answers before you choose.
How much protein is in one scoop of Per4m Advanced Whey?
One 30g scoop gives you 21–22g of protein (varies slightly by flavour) for around 110–120 kcal.
How many scoops are in a 900g tub?
30 scoops at the standard 30g serving size — about a month's supply on one shake a day.
How do I mix it?
Add one scoop to 200ml of water or milk in a shaker and shake for 10–15 seconds. Milk gives a creamier, thicker shake; water keeps it lighter and quicker to drink.
What's actually in the protein blend?
A mix of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and milk protein concentrate — the isolate digests fastest, giving a quick hit of amino acids alongside a steadier release from the concentrate.
Is it vegetarian and gluten-free?
Yes to both. It contains milk and soy, and is made in a facility that also handles other allergens, so check the packet if you have a severe allergy.
Does it contain added sugar or artificial sweeteners?
Each scoop has 2.6g of sugar and is sweetened with sucralose rather than relying on added sugar.
What flavours is it available in?
There's a wide flavour range to choose from, so you can pick whichever suits your taste rather than settling for one option.
When should I drink my protein shake?
Between meals to top up daily protein, and again straight after training to support muscle recovery.
