Your questions, answered
Clear answers before you choose.
What is Per4m Egg White Protein (900g)?
A dairy-free protein powder made from free-range egg albumin, delivering 21g of complete protein per 30g serving with added MCTs.
How do I use it?
Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 200ml of water or milk. Have one serving between meals and another immediately after training.
How many servings are in a tub?
The 900g tub contains 30 servings of 30g.
Is it suitable if I'm lactose intolerant?
Egg albumin is naturally lactose free and dairy free, which is why many people switch to it from whey. It does contain egg, and is made in a plant handling milk among other allergens - check the label if you have a known allergy.
Can I bake with it?
Yes. It works well in protein muffins, cookies and low-carb bread. Note it behaves differently to whey when heated.
What allergens apply?
Contains egg. Manufactured in a plant which handles milk, gluten (oats, wheat), soya, egg, celery, mustard, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, peanuts and nuts.
