Per4m Advanced Protein Blend sachets bring the new five-source protein blend into a single 33g serving, so you can try a flavour before committing to a full-size tub.
Each sachet provides 20–21g of protein, depending on flavour. The range covers 12 flavours, from familiar choices such as Vanilla Creme and Chocolate Brownie Batter to the more unusual Cherry Cola Float and Vanilla Cola Float.

What is Per4m Advanced Protein Blend?
Advanced Protein Blend combines whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, micellar casein, egg white protein and whey protein isolate. It is a different formula from Per4m Advanced Whey, but keeps the brand's flavour-led approach.
The sachets use the same blend in a one-serving format. A 33g serving provides 20–21g of protein, with the exact nutrition varying slightly by flavour, so check the individual product information if you are comparing them closely.
Why we like the sachet format
Flavour names only get you so far with protein powder. A sachet lets you actually try the flavour and texture before putting money into a full tub, which is particularly useful with a range this varied.
It also makes it easy to put together a small taste test. Rather than guessing between Carrot Cake, Sticky Toffee Pudding and White Chocolate Hazelnut, for example, you can try a few and decide from there.
What flavours are in the range?
The 12-flavour line-up is Caramel Biscuit, Carrot Cake, Cherry Cola Float, Chocolate Brownie Batter, Cinnamon Donut, Cookie Dough, Cookies N Creme, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Strawberry Creme, Vanilla Cola Float, Vanilla Creme and White Chocolate Hazelnut.
Cherry Cola Float and Vanilla Cola Float are the two limited-edition flavours. They're also good examples of why samples make sense: both are unusual protein flavours, so trying one serving first is a much easier decision than going straight to a tub.
How do you use a sachet?
One sachet is one 33g serving. Per4m's directions are to mix it with 200–250ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender. Milk will change the calories and nutrition of the finished shake.
Sachet or full-size tub?
If you already know the flavour you want, go straight to the 800g or 1.8kg Advanced Protein Blend. If the blend or flavour is new to you, we'd start with a sachet.
