Single-serve sticks of flavoured creatine monohydrate, each containing 5g of creatine. There are 20 individually wrapped sticks per box.
How do I take them?
Take one stick daily. Tear it open, pour the contents into your mouth and let it dissolve before swallowing. No water or shaker needed.
How is this different from the Creatine Sherbet tubs?
Same sherbet formula, different format. The tubs (93g and 310g) are scooped and work out cheaper per serving; the sticks are pre-measured and portable.
