Five retro sweet-inspired flavours
The stick packs are available in Original Sherbet, Cherry Fizz, Fizzy Bubblegum Bottles, Peach Sweets and Rainbow Candy. Each flavour delivers the same 5g creatine serving, so you can choose based on the taste that appeals to you.
How do you take creatine sherbet sticks?
Tear open one stick, pour the contents into your mouth and allow the powder to dissolve before swallowing. Per4m recommends one stick daily. Follow the label instructions and do not exceed the recommended intake. The product is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Creatine sticks vs traditional creatine powder
The main difference is convenience and format. Traditional creatine powder is typically measured and mixed into a drink; Per4m's sticks are pre-portioned and require no mixing. Both formats can supply creatine monohydrate, so your choice may come down to price per serving and how you prefer taking supplements.

Prefer a tub of creatine sherbet?
If you prefer measuring your own serving, Per4m also offers Creatine Sherbet in a 93g tub. The stick packs are the individually wrapped alternative for people who value portability.
